Tech Support

I can provide enterprise or consumer level tech support, online and by remote login* for Apple OS X computers (for OS systems from 10.5.8 to present only).

For consumer level support, I charge a $50, non-returnable consultation fee in advance, which provides up to an hour of online support via email, Chat, Skype, remote login* or other agreed platform. Problems that cannot be solved within the first hour are subject to negotiation for continued support.**

For enterprise level support, please contact me via email to discuss your current set up and your support requirements. Emergency troubleshooting within 24 hours notice can be contracted for a $250 non-returnable consultation fee in advance, which provides up to an hour of online support via email, Chat, Skype, remote login* or other agreed platform. Problems that cannot be solved within the first hour are subject to negotiation for continued support.**

*Please note that remote login support may require you to install a 3rd party application on your system. Free advice is given on how to install and set up the remote login (i.e., it does not count as part of the 1hr consultation).

**Please note that determining the cause and/or resolution of your problem cannot be — and is not — guaranteed. Due to the nature of both software and hardware faults, it may not be within my power to determine and/or resolve your problem online or via remote login. Where that is the case, professional advice will be offered that will help you to move forward towards seeking a permanent resolution of your problem.
